粘度がハンパない磨き上げられた昆布水に浸かった中太ストレート麺が特徴。
麺は「中華蕎麦 とみ田」の心の味食品から仕入れており、
藻塩とレモンをかけると小麦の香りと昆布の旨味がダイレクトに味わえる。
無化調のつけ汁はコクと旨味が広がり、
味付けや火入れにこだわった5種類の肉厚チャーシューはどれも食べ応え抜群。

The owner, trained at the famous "Mendokoro Honda" and directly taught by "Hachan Ramen," showcases his exceptional skills.
The signature "Special Kombu Water Tsukemen Soy Sauce" features medium-thick straight noodles submerged in incredibly viscous, highly refined kombu water.
Sourced from "Chuka Soba Tomita," the noodles are best enjoyed first with moshio salt and lemon to directly experience the aroma of wheat and kombu umami.
The chemical-free dipping soup offers a rich and deep flavor, and the five types of thickly sliced, perfectly cooked chashu are incredibly satisfying.
By adding "soup-wari" to the remaining soup at the end, you can enjoy an even more profound umami.
Also highly recommended is the "Spicy Maze-soba," an unchanged recipe since their founding that keeps customers coming back.
