埼玉・蕨駅西口に2024年6月にオープンして以来、食べログ3.5を超え、
連日多くの人で賑わう「二代目 野中家」へ。
野中家グループの中でも1、2を争う客数を誇り、
スープのクオリティもトップレベルとの呼び声が高い店となっている。

巨大な寸胴でじっくりと炊き出される濃厚豚骨スープは、
週に数回まとめて仕込まれる自家製のかえしと合わさり、パンチがありながらも深みのある味わい。
トッピングのチャーシューは燻製と煮豚の2種類が用意されており、
それぞれの豊かな香りと肉の旨味を一度に堪能できる。
ライスは100円で食べ放題となっており、常備されている「裏ガッパ」を乗せれば無限に箸が進む。

そして、2026年から新たにスタートした「辛つけ麺」も必食の一杯。
ラーメンとは異なる麺を使用し、一度水で締めてから再度温めるというこだわりの工程を経ることで、
独特のコシと豊かな風味が引き立つ。
最後はスープ割で、豚骨の濃厚な旨みを余すことなく楽しめる。
