春限定の「桜鯛」や「鰹のたたき」は旬の旨味が詰まっており、
中でも「やまや博多明太子海老天手巻き」はサクサクの衣と明太子の塩気が絶妙にマッチしている。

サイドメニューの「浅利とあおさの茶碗蒸し」や「黒胡椒チーズもちつみれ」、

A short walk from Shinjuku Station's West Exit, we visited "Yuzuan" on the 6th floor of the Kaleido Building, offering an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and sushi experience.
Despite being in the middle of the city, it offers a relaxing atmosphere that feels just like dinner at a traditional Japanese inn.
This time, we chose the "Yuzuan Course," which features both spring-limited and standard menus.
Spring-limited items like "Cherry Blossom Sea Bream" and "Seared Bonito" are packed with seasonal flavor, and the "Yamaya Hakata Mentaiko Shrimp Tempura Hand Roll" perfectly matches its crispy batter with the saltiness of spicy cod roe.
Side dishes like the "Asari Clam and Aosa Seaweed Chawanmushi," "Black Pepper Cheese Mochi Meatball," and the mochi-like chewy "Rice Donut (Kinako flavor)" keep the playful culinary experience going.
Finish your meal by adding udon or Chinese noodles to the broth to savor it to the very last drop.
