ラーメン激戦区の大船に新たに誕生した、濃厚ガツン系の家系ラーメン店へ。
有名店がひしめく中、2025年11月のオープン以来、
その圧倒的なコスパとパンチの効いた味わいで、早くも地元の学生やファミリー層を虜にしている。

厨房に並ぶ巨大な寸胴で、大量のガラを高火力で炊き上げたスープは、
旨味が凝縮されたドロドロ系の濃厚スープ。
特注の中太麺がスープをしっかりと持ち上げ、すするごとに豚骨の力強い風味が口いっぱいに広がる。

今回注文したのは定番の「味玉ラーメン」に「燻製チャーシュー」のトッピング。
スモーキーな香りが際立つチャーシューは、
濃厚なスープに絶妙なアクセントを加え、肉の旨みを存分に堪能できる。

そして、このお店を訪れたら外せないのがライスとの組み合わせ。
150円で食べ放題のライスに、卓上のニンニク、豆板醤、マヨネーズを乗せ、
スープをたっぷり吸わせたチャーシューで巻いてかき込む背徳飯は、誰もが病みつきになる味わい。
最後は刻みしょうがを添えて、さっぱりと味変を楽しむのがおすすめの食べ方だ。

学生にはライス一杯無料の学割もあり、サービスも満点。
大船エリアで濃厚な家系をガッツリ食べたい時に、間違いなく重宝する一軒だ。

A 2-min walk from Ofuna Sta. East Exit, a newly opened authentic Iekei ramen shop is making waves. Opened in Nov 2025 in a ramen battleground, it's already highly popular among local students for its great value and punchy flavor. The rich, thick soup is made by boiling massive amounts of pork bones over high heat, matching perfectly with their custom medium-thick noodles. The "Ajitama Ramen" with an extra "Smoked Chashu" is highly recommended. The smoky flavor of the chashu adds an exquisite accent to the rich soup. Also, enjoying it with rice is an absolute must. For just 150 yen, it's all-you-can-eat. Top the rice with garlic, spicy bean paste, and mayonnaise, then wrap it with soup-soaked chashu for a heavenly bite. Finish it off refreshingly with chopped ginger. With student discounts offering a free bowl of rice, the service is top-notch. A must-visit in Ofuna for a hearty, rich Iekei ramen experience.
