マストで頼みたい「新鮮な肉刺し(豚)」は、タン、ハツ、レバーの3種盛り。
臭みが全くなく、トロトロの食感と素材の甘みがダイレクトに味わえる逸品。
サイドメニューの定番である「塩もつ煮込み」も、お酒が進む味わい。

看板メニューの焼鳥は、
