2018年7月26日、沖縄、ホワイト・ビーチ地区：アメリカ海兵隊･第31海兵遠征部隊･海上急襲部隊(MRF/Maritime Raid Force)による米陸軍ラニーミード級揚陸艇を使用した船舶臨検(VBSS)訓練。第31海兵遠征部隊は米海兵隊唯一の継続的に前方展開された海兵遠征部隊(MEU)であり幅広い軍事作戦を実行する能力を有しています。
