【はちみつレモンレアチーズケーキ】
今回は、オーブン不要で冷やすだけでできる『はちみつレモンレアチーズケーキ』を作りました。
ボウルに材料を入れて、どんどん混ぜるだけなのでとっても簡単！難しいことは一切無し！
はちみつとレモンという相性抜群の組み合わせで、レアチーズケーキの美味しさを倍増させてくれます。
濃厚チーズケーキなのに、後味はスッキリ！たくさん食べても最初から最後まで美味しく食べられます。チーズケーキが大好きな方は、ぜひお試しください。

〈材料〉15㎝ケーキ型
クリームチーズ 200g
生クリーム 200cc
はちみつ 60g
レモン汁 大さじ1〜2
粉ゼラチン 7g
ビスケット 80g
牛乳 大さじ2
