【シュトーレン風パウンドケーキ】
クリスマスに食べたいお菓子パンといえば『シュトーレン』！！今回はパウンドケーキをシュトーレン風にして作ってみました。
本来なら発酵時間などが必要で手間がかかるシュトーレン、美味しいけれど少し手間がかかるのが難点。
しかし、今回作った『シュトーレン風パウンドケーキ』は混ぜて焼くだけなのでかなりお手軽で簡単！
〝時間がないけれど、クリスマスにはシュトーレンを食べたい！〟と思っている方必見のレシピです。ぜひ、お試しください。

〈材料〉
ホットケーキミックス 100g
☆卵 2個
☆砂糖 60g
☆牛乳 40cc
☆サラダ油 50cc
ドライフルーツ 120g
ローストくるみ 30g
ラム酒 大さじ2
シナモン 小さじ2
粉糖 仕上げ用
