【キャラメルスノーボール】
今回はレンジで作れるスノーボールクッキーのキャラメルバージョンを作りました。
レンジで簡単にキャラメルソースを作って、生地に練り込み、その後成形してレンジでスノーボールクッキーを作りました。
ほろ苦で少し大人味で、サクサクほろほろのスノーボールクッキー！香ばしくて後を引く美味しさです。
オーブンで焼くクッキーは少し手間がかかるイメージですが、レンジで作ると時短であっという間に出来上がるので、すぐにお菓子が食べたい時や忙しいけれど甘いものが欲しい時にぜひお試しください。

〈材料〉
砂糖 大さじ4
水 大さじ1
牛乳 大さじ1
薄力粉 100g
サラダ油 大さじ3
