【ドロップクッキー】
今日は、生地を寝かす必要がない、速攻でできる『ドロップクッキー』を作りました。
ちゃちゃっと生地を作ったら鉄板に生地を落として焼くだけなので、急な来客時やすぐに手作りクッキーが食べたい時にはかなり便利！
配合も、生クリームインで濃厚！表面はさっくさくなのに中はしっとり！生クリームとバターの風味でリッチな味わいです。
時短でできるクッキーなので、ホワイトデーなどの大量生産にもオススメです。ぜひお気軽にお試しください。

〈材料〉
薄力粉 100g
生クリーム 50g
バター 50g
砂糖 50g

【Drop cookie】
