【肉団子の甘酢あん】
今日は、レシピブログ様と創味食品のモニターコラボ広告企画で〝創味食品のだしまろ酢〟をプレゼントしていただいたので、アレンジレシピを作ってみました。
〝だしまろ酢〟は、これ一本で味が決まるという万能なお酢で、カツオや昆布の出汁が配合され、りんごやゆずの香りが利いているのが特徴です。
そのままかけたり和えたりしてサラダやマリネにはもちろんのこと、焼いたり煮たりと火を通すお料理などいろいろな場面で使いやすい調味料です。
今回は、そんな〝だしまろ酢〟を使って、みんな大好き『肉団子の甘酢あん』を作ってみました。だしまろ酢に旨味が詰まっているので、簡単に美味しい甘酢あんに仕上がります！しかも、フライパン一つで出来る洗い物の少ないお手軽レシピなので、ぜひお試しください。

〈材料〉
豚ひき肉 300g
玉ねぎ 1/2個
卵 1個
片栗粉 大さじ1
ごま油 大さじ1
しょうゆ 小さじ1
鶏がらスープの素 小さじ1
しょうがチューブ 4㎝

☆だしまろ酢 大さじ2
