【手羽先の甘辛揚げ】
今日は、『手羽先の甘辛揚げ』を作りました。手羽先の甘辛揚げといえば子供から大人まで大人気！手で掴んでガブッといったらたまらないですよね。
私の作る手羽先の甘辛揚げは、市販のすき焼きのタレを使います。これ一本でめちゃくちゃ美味しい甘辛ダレに仕上がります。あと引く味なのでちょっと危険なくらい。
材料も少なく、作り方もシンプルなのに、すき焼きのタレのおかげで絶対に美味しく仕上がるのでぜひお試しください。
明日は父の日なので、ぜひビール好きのお父さんに作ってあげてください！！！

〈材料〉
手羽先 ８本
☆塩 ブラックペッパー　適量
☆片栗粉　適量
すき焼きのタレ 大さじ５
白ごま　大さじ1
