【お肉不要の豆腐キーマカレー】
日本人が愛してやまないカレー、いつでもどんな時でも食べたくなる国民食といっても過言ではないカレー！
とても美味しいですが太りやすいイメージが強く、ダイエット中は我慢するという方も多いのではないでしょうか？
そんなダイエッターのために、お肉を使わず豆腐で作るキーマカレーを紹介させていただきます。
もう我慢しなくても大丈夫！！お肉を使っていないとは言われなかったら気付かないほどの美味しさで、食べ応えも抜群！！
しかも、今回の『豆腐キーマカレー』は電子レンジで超簡単に作れるので、ぜひお試しください！！！

〈材料〉(３人分)
木綿豆腐 350g
玉ねぎ 1/2個
にんじん 1/2本
カレールー 2かけ
にんにくチューブ 2㎝分
しょうがチューブ 4㎝分
ケチャップ 大さじ2
ウスターソース 大さじ1
塩 ブラックペッパー 適量
温かいご飯 3人分
卵 3個

Salt black pepper dosage
Hot rice for 3 people
3 eggs
