【手作りマシュマロ】
今日は、卵白を使って作る『手作りマシュマロ』を紹介します。マシュマロは身近な材料で意外にもとても簡単にできます。
一度電子レンジを使うだけであとはほぼ混ぜるだけ！メレンゲ作りさえクリアしていただけばあとはあっという間！！
弾力のあるマシュマロは、そのまま食べても美味しくて子供に大人気。また、焼いてとろ〜りとした焼きマシュマロにしたらとろける美味しさに一瞬で無くなってしまいます。
夏休みにシーズン、ぜひ『手作りマシュマロ』をお試しください。

〈材料〉
卵白 1個
砂糖 80g
ゼラチン 10g
水 50cc
バニラエッセンス 適量
片栗粉 適量
