【フライドポテト】
今日は、子供から大人までみんな大好きな『フライドポテト』を作りました。
ポテトはいろいろなタイプのものがありますが、私は片栗粉を多めにまぶす配合で周りがサクサクしたものが好きです。
じゃがいもは細めに切ると中までカリカリに、太めにすると中がホクホクになります。どちらもすごく美味しいので、どちらもオススメ！
おやつやおつまみに、お好みの細さでお試しください。

〈材料〉
じゃがいも 2個
☆片栗粉 大さじ2
☆小麦粉 大さじ1
☆塩 適量

【French fries】
