【はちみつレモンゼリー】
今日は暑い日に食べたい、甘酸っぱさがたまらない『はちみつレモンゼリー』を作りました！
レモン汁を多めに配合にし、口に入れた瞬間は酸っぱいですが後からはちみつのマイルドで優しい甘みがやってきてかなりクセになる味わいです。甘酸っぱいものが好きな方に特にオススメです！
もし、酸っぱすぎるものが苦手な方はレモン汁を少し減らして頂いてもOKです。
夏バテ気味な方はこれを食べたら一発で元気が出ます！！

〈材料〉
水 250cc
レモン汁 100cc
はちみつ 大さじ3
砂糖 大さじ3
粉ゼラチン 5g

【Honey Lemon Jelly】
Today I made "Honey Lemon Jelly" that I want to eat on a hot day and I can't resist the sweet and sour taste!
