【カステラプディング】
今日は、レンジでたったの２分30秒でできる『カステラプディング』を作りました！
カステラとプリンの組み合わせは美味しいに決まってますが、これが想像を超える美味しさ！
5分あればできちゃうので、忙しい朝やすぐに食べたいおやつタイムにぜひぜひお試しください。だんだん寒くなってきたので、出来立ての熱々を食べてパワーチャージしてください!!

カステラ 1切れ
卵 1個
牛乳 120cc
砂糖 大さじ1
