【さつまいもモンブラン】
今日は、さつまいもを使って絶品の『さつまいもモンブラン』を作りました。
材料は４つだけでかなり簡単なのにめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、食べたら必ず幸せな気持ちになります。
モンブラン用の絞り口金は持っていなくても、お家にあるもので簡単に代用できるのでとってもお手軽です！！
お好みの容器に入れていくだけのスコップケーキにしたので、さつまいもクリームとホイップクリームとスポンジをガバッとたっぷりすくって、好きなだけお召し上がりください！

〈材料〉
さつまいも 200g
生クリーム 200cc
砂糖 大さじ3と大さじ1
市販のスポンジケーキ

【Sweet potato Mont Blanc】
Today, we made sweet potato Montblanc using sweet potatoes.
There are only 4 ingredients, it's pretty easy but it's really delicious and you will always feel happy when you eat it.
Even if you don't have a Montblanc squeeze base, you can easily substitute it with something at home! !
The scoop cake can be put in a container of your choice, so you can enjoy sweet potato cream, whipped cream, and sponge.

〈INGREDENT〉
200g sweet potato
Heavy cream 200cc
3 and 1 tablespoon Sugar
sponge cake as needed
