【ピリ旨モッツァレラチーズ】
今日は、モッツァレラチーズを漬け込むだけでできる『ピリ旨モッツァレラチーズ』を作りました。これはめちゃくちゃ美味しくて大好きなおつまみなのですが、めんつゆベースでごま油とにんにくと鷹の爪を入れるので、それぞれのいいところが出ていてとにかく美味しいです。
チーズの滑らかなとろける食感も最高！お酒が進みすぎること間違いなしです。
今夜は絶対に飲みたいという日の朝に漬けて、お出かけください。

〈材料〉
モッツァレラチーズ 1個
めんつゆ 50cc
ごま油 大さじ1
にんにくチューブ 5㎝
鷹の爪 少々

The smooth melting texture of cheese is the best! There is no doubt that sake goes too far.

〈INGREDIENT〉
1 mozzarella cheese
Mentsuyu 50cc
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Garlic tube 5㎝
Red pepper a little
