【豆腐のチリソース】
今日は、お豆腐を使って『エビチリ風の豆腐チリソース』を作りました。
エビチリってピリ辛のソースが後を引く美味しさでたまりませんよね！今回は、エビは使わずにコスパ抜群の豆腐を使って、チリソースに味付けしました。コスパ抜群なのにとても美味しくて箸が止まりません。
意外と簡単なのにボリュームもあって大満足の一品になるので、夕飯のおかずにお酒のおつまみにぜひぜひお試しください。

〈材料〉二人分
木綿豆腐 300g
塩 ブラックペッパー 適量
片栗粉 まぶす用
ごま油 大さじ2
にんにく しょうがチューブ 各５㎝
ケチャップ 大さじ3
鶏がらスープの素 小さじ1弱
豆板醤 小さじ1/2〜1
砂糖 大さじ1/2
みりん 大さじ1
水 100cc

【Tofu Chili Sauce】
Today, I made "Shrimp Chili Tofu Chili Sauce" using tofu.
Shrimp chili is irresistible with the spicy sauce behind it! This time, without shrimp, we used chicory's excellent tofu and seasoned chili sauce. The chopsticks don't stop even though they are excellent at cospa.
It's surprisingly simple, but it's still very large and it's a very satisfying dish, so please try it as a snack for sake instead of dinner.

〈INGREDIENT〉For2
Film Tofu 300g
Salt black pepper
For potato starch
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Garlic ginger tube 5 各 each
3 tablespoons ketchup
Chicken stock 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon bean plate sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon mirin
100cc water
