【厚揚げとナスのコチュ照り焼き】
今日は、厚揚げとナスでご飯が進む一品『厚揚げとナスのコチュ照り焼き』を作りました！
厚揚げとナスに片栗粉をまぶしてから焼くことで、こんがりして調味料がしっかり絡んでめっちゃ美味しいです！このコチュジャン入りの照り焼き味がご飯にめちゃくちゃ合います。
コスパも抜群なのにボリューム満点！！フライパンでささっと簡単にできるので、ぜひお試しください♪

〈材料〉1~2人分
厚揚げ 1枚
ナス 1本(100g)
片栗粉　大さじ1
ごま油 大さじ2
☆砂糖 醤油 各小さじ2
☆コチュジャン 小さじ1
白炒りごま 小さじ1

【gochujang Teriyaki deep-fried tofu and eggplant】
Today, I made a dish called "gochujang Teriyaki deep-fried tofu and eggplant" with deep-fried tofu and eggplant that is sure to be a hit with rice!
By baking the deep-fried tofu and eggplant after sprinkling them with potato starch, they become browned and the seasonings are well mixed in, making them extremely tasty! This teriyaki flavor with gochujang goes really well with rice.

1 piece of thick fried bean curd
1 eggplant (100g)
1 tablespoon potato starch
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons each of sugar and soy sauce
1 teaspoon gochujang (red pepper paste)
1 teaspoon white roasted sesame seeds
