【揚げ出し餅】
今日は、材料３つで簡単なのにとっても美味しい『揚げ出し餅』を作りました！
大根が冷蔵庫にあることが多いこの時期、大根とお餅があれば速攻できるレシピです。
フライパンで少量の油で揚げ焼きしたお餅に、大根おろしとめんつゆをかけて完成！めちゃくちゃ簡単なのに想像通りの間違いない味！

〈材料〉１人分
切り餅 1個
大根 50gくらい
めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) 小さじ1

【deep-fried rice cake】
