【鮭のホイル焼き〜バターポン酢味と味噌マヨ味】
今日は、秋の定番の『鮭のホイル焼き』を作りました！定番で面倒くさくてもすぐ作れる「バターポン酢味」とイチオシ「味噌マヨ味」の２種です。
バターポン酢味は定番中の定番でただ包んで火にかけるだけ、洗い物もほぼなし！バターポン酢にブラックペッパーが効いて安定の美味しさ！
味噌マヨ味はバターポン酢より一手間かかりますが、これがめっちゃ美味しくて今季もかなりリピートしているレシピ！
どちらも簡単で美味しいので、ぜひぜひお試しください！

〈材料〉それぞれ1人分
・バターポン酢味
鮭 1切れ
玉ねぎ 20g
しめじ 25g
バター 10g
味ぽん 小さじ1~
ブラックペッパー 少々

・鮭の味噌マヨ味
鮭 一切れ
玉ねぎ 20g
しめじ 25g
☆味噌 小さじ1
☆マヨネーズ 大さじ1/2
☆砂糖 小さじ2/3
バター 5g

【Salmon in Foil】
Today, I made a classic autumn dish, "Salmon in Foil"! There are two flavors: the butter ponzu flavor, which is a classic and quick and easy to make, and the miso mayo flavor, which is my favorite.
The butter ponzu flavor is a classic, just wrap it up and put it on the fire, almost no dishes to wash! The butter ponzu and black pepper give it a consistent taste!
The Miso Mayo flavor takes a little more work than the Butter Ponzu, but it's so delicious that I've been repeating it a lot this season!
Both are easy and delicious, so please give them a try!

〈INGREDIENT〉Each for one person
Butter Ponzu flavor
1 piece of salmon
20g onion
25g shimeji mushrooms
10g butter
1 teaspoon of flavored ponzu
A pinch of black pepper

Salmon with Miso Mayo
1 piece of salmon
20g onion
25g shimeji mushrooms
1 teaspoon miso
1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
2/3 tsp sugar
5g butter
