との要望。では！と作った今日の賄いは『鉄板油淋鶏』
皆様からのコメントでもリクエストが多かった『油淋鶏』を熱々鉄鍋スタイルにカスタマイズ。
出来立てを頬張ることの危険度がとても高い中華一筋の創作料理です。
さぁお口の中のヤケドに気をつけて、汗をかきながら召し上がれ！
