チーフが頂き物の島原手延べ素麺を持ってきました。
なにやら木箱に入っていて高級な雰囲気を醸し出している。
『島原半島で江戸時代より伝承されてきた島原そうめんは、国産の強力粉を主に使っているためコシの強さが抜群、さらにふんわりした食感やツルツルの喉ごしも魅力です。』と書いてある。
せっかくなので中華一筋スタイルで皆に食べてもらおう！って作ったのが、白湯と猪油をエマルジョンさせたちょっとピリ辛のオリジナルソーメン。
今日のマジうまい担当は『まかないガールズNo.21 かりんちゃん』です！
マジうまい！と食べてくれるかりんちゃんを横目に「冷たい和風のソーメンが食べたかったのにな」と残念がるチーフ。
でも本当の狙いはかりんちゃんの『マジ熱い！』と『マジ辛い！』が聞きたかっただけだというドＳなイチナベさんでした。
