今日はコース料理の新メニュー試作ミーティングの日でした。
試作で使った食材が少し余ったので、賄い行きー！！にしてくれた心優しいチーフ。
その噂をどこからともなく聞きつけたまかないガールズちゃん。余り食材の中でも一番人気の牛サーロインを誰がゲットするか、まかないガールズ達の争奪ジャンケンがはじまります。
その牛サーロインを台湾屋台風鉄板焼麺という寒い秋冬にふ～ふ～言いながら是非とも食べたくなるような賄いに何故か仕上げてしまったお茶目なイチナベさん。
柔らかな国産牛サーロインをさっと油通しし、エリンギと一緒に自家製ＸＯ醤でジューシーに。熱々鉄鍋に乗せた麺の上からかけた、まさに賄いを越えるようなひと品。
「冬になったらまた食べさせて」との笑顔に全力で羨ましい目を向けるまかないガールズちゃんと中華一筋スタッフ達。
今日も中華一筋厨房は平和です。
