【Katsuyama】
The townscape of Katsuyama is located in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. It flourished as a castle town of the Mimasaka Katsuyama Domain. It was here that Jun'ichirō Tanizaki wrote the second volume of "The Makioka Sisters."
The town is also famous for its beautiful Japanese split curtains.
