今回は滋賀県近江八幡市にある長命寺と、八丁堀周辺を散策いたしました。長命寺へと続く石段は少し大変ですが、琵琶湖を望む景色はとても美しく心が癒されるひとときとなりました。

Chomeiji Temple is a historic temple with over 1,000 years of history and part of the Saigoku Kannon Pilgrimage, offering beautiful views of Lake Biwa.
Hacchobori is a canal from the Azuchi-Momoyama period, once used for trade and still rich in traditional atmosphere.
