【HENRO｜Shikoku Pilgrimage】
The Shikoku pilgrimage is a grand tour of 88 temples in Shikoku, where Kōbō Daishi (Kūkai) is said to have practiced. This pilgrimage has a history of 1,200 years. The journey is approximately 1,200 km to 1,400 km long. It is a circular route that takes you through four prefectures, Tokushima, Kochi, Ehime, and Kagawa.
