材料　6個分
■ドーナツ生地
ホットケーキミックス200g
グラニュー糖 50g
サラダ油 10ml
卵 1個
チョコレート 50g

作り方
1.卵1個にグラニュー糖50gを入れよく混ぜます。

2.サラダ油10mlを入れ混ぜます。

3.ホットケーキミックス200gを振るい入れ、さっくりと混ぜてひとかたまりにします。

4.生地を6等分に切り分け、1cmの厚さにドーナツ型に形成します。

5.ドーナツ生地にナイフなどで切れ込みを入れます。

6.鍋に油を入れ、160〜170℃でドーナツ生地を揚げます。

7.うっすらと生地が色づいたら生地をひっくり返し、両面揚げます。

8.揚がったら油を切ります。

9.チョコレート50gを細かく割り、500wの電子レンジで2〜3分加熱します。

10.しっかりと溶かし混ぜます。

11.ドーナツにチョコレートをお好みでつけます。

Chocolate 50g

How to make
1. Add 50g of granulated sugar to 1 egg and mix well.

2. Add 10 ml of salad oil and mix.

3. Shake 200 g of pancake mix and mix gently to form a lump.

4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form into a donut shape with a thickness of 1 cm.

5. Make a cut in the dough dough with a knife.

6. Add oil to the pan and fry the dough dough at 160-170℃.

7. When the dough is slightly colored, turn over the dough and fry on both sides.

8. Drain the oil when frying.

9. Divide 50g of chocolate into small pieces and heat in a microwave oven of 500w for 2-3 minutes.

10. Thoroughly melt and mix.

11. Add chocolate to your donut.
