材料　2枚分
■ホットケーキ生地
卵 1個
牛乳 80ml
ホットケーキミックス 150g

作り方
1.ホットケーキミックス150g、牛乳80ml、卵1個を混ぜ合わせます。

2.持ち上げるようにし、少しダマが残るぐらいまで混ぜます。

3.バターを敷いたフライパンに生地を流し入れ蓋をし、蒸し焼きにします。

4.片面が焼けたらひっくり返し、蓋をして蒸し焼きにします。

5.竹串などを刺してなにも付いていなければフライパンからあげます。
　　　　　　　　　完成！

How to make
1. Mix 150g of pancake mix, 80ml of milk and 1 egg.

2. Lift up and mix until a little lumps remain.

3. Pour the dough into a frying pan lined with butter, cover with a lid and steam.

4. When one side is baked, turn it over, cover it and steam it.

5. If you stick a bamboo skewer and nothing else, give it from the frying pan.
Complete!
