材料　　15㎝型
■クッキー生地
ビスケット 70g
無塩バター 30g

■チーズ生地
卵 1個
クリームチーズ 130g
グラニュー糖 60g
生クリーム 130ml
薄力粉 20g
レモン汁 10ml

作り方
1.クッキー70gを砕いて溶かしバター30gを入れよく混ぜます。

2.クッキングシートを敷いた型にクッキー生地を入れ押し固める。

3.卵1個を溶いておきます。

4.クリームチーズ130gをヘラでクリーム状に柔らかくしグラニュー糖60gを入れよく混ぜます。

5.溶いておいた卵1個を数回に分け入れ混ぜます。

6.生クリーム130mlを入れよく混ぜます。

7.薄力粉20gをふるい入れ持ち上げるように混ぜレモン汁10mlを入れ混ぜます。

8.クッキー生地を敷いた型にチーズ生地を流し入れ2回ほど落とし空気を抜きます。

9.170度に予熱したオーブンで35〜40分焼きます。

10.粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で冷やします。

How to make
1. Crush 70 g of cookie, melt and add 30 g of butter and mix well.

2. Put the cookie dough in a mold lined with a cooking sheet and press it into place.

3. Melt one egg.

4. Soften 130g of cream cheese with a spatula and add 60g of granulated sugar and mix well.

5. Divide and mix 1 egg that has been thawed in several times.

6. Add 130 ml of fresh cream and mix well.

7. Sift 20g of soft flour and lift to mix with 10ml of lemon juice.

8. Pour the cheese dough into a cookie dough mold and drop it about 2 times to remove air.

Bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 9.170 degrees.

10. When the rough heat is removed, cool it in the refrigerator.
