材料　15型
■シフォン生地
卵 3個
グラニュー糖35g
牛乳30ml
サラダ油25g
バニラエッセンス
グラニュー糖 15g
薄力粉 60g

作り方
1.卵3個を黄身と卵白に分け、卵白は冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。

2.黄身3個にサラダ油25g入れよく混ぜます。

3.牛乳30mlを入れよく混ぜます。

4.グラニュー糖15gを入れ、薄力粉を60gを振るい入れます。

5.卵白3個をハンドミキサーで混ぜ、グラニュー糖35gを3回に分け入れ少し硬めのメレンゲを作ります。

6.4にメレンゲを少し入れ泡立て器で馴染ませます。

7.あまりのメレンゲを入れメレンゲを潰さないようにさっくりと混ぜます。

8.シフォン生地を型に流し入れ、竹串などで3〜5周まわします。

9.170°Cのオーブンで25〜30分焼きます。

10.焼きあがったシフォンケーキを逆さにして冷まします。

11.パレットナイフなどで生地と型を剥がし、竹串などで中心の生地を剥がします。

12.逆さにしてパレットナイフなどで底の生地を剥がします。

13.お好みのトッピングをします。

11. Peel the dough and mold with a pallet knife, etc., and peel the center dough with a bamboo skewer.
