材料　
■アップルパイ
りんご 1個
グラニュー糖 100g
レモン汁 15g
シナモン 適量
ラム酒 適量
アプリコットジャム 50g
卵 1個
冷凍パイシート 3〜4枚

作り方
1.よく洗ったりんご1個を1cm幅にカットします。

2.フライパンにカットしたりんごを並べ、グラニュー糖100g、レモン汁15mlを入れます。

3.中火にかけ蓋をして、柔らかくなるまで煮ます。
(時々りんごをひっくり返します。)

4.りんごが柔らかくなったらお皿などに移し、シナモン適量、ラム酒適量を全体的にかけます。

5.薄力粉で打ち粉をして、パイ生地を縦と横に伸ばします。

6.生地が重なる部分に卵を塗りくっつけます。

7.パイ生地を型に入れ、あまった部分を棒で転がし取ります。

8.生地をホークで穴をかけ、アプリコットジャムを全体的に塗ります。

9.4.を8.に並べます。

10.パイ生地を1cm幅にカットして網状に並べ、周りにも生地をおきます。

11.溶き卵を生地に塗ります。

12.200 ℃に予熱したオーブンで50〜55分焼きます。

13.粗熱が取れたらお好みのサイズにカットします。

How to make
1. Cut 1 well-washed apple into 1cm width.

2. Arrange the cut apples in a frying pan and add 100g of granulated sugar and 15ml of lemon juice.

3. Cover over medium heat, cover and simmer until soft.
(Sometimes I flip the apple over.)

4. When the apples are soft, transfer to a plate and sprinkle the appropriate amount of cinnamon and rum.

5. Flour with soft flour and stretch the pie dough vertically and horizontally.

6. Apply the egg to the area where the dough overlaps.

7. Put the puff pastry in the mold and roll off the excess with a stick.

8. Hawk the dough and apply apricot jam throughout.

Arrange 9.4. to 8.

10. Cut the pie dough into 1cm width and arrange them in a net, and put the dough around.

11. Apply beaten egg to the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 12.200 °C for 50-55 minutes.

13. Once the rough heat is removed, cut into the desired size.
