材料　　縦3.5cm横4cm 約18セット
■クッキー生地
無塩バター50g
薄力粉50g
卵1/2個
グラニュー糖40g
バニラエッセンス3〜4滴
■サンドクリーム
ホワイトチョコ150g

作り方
1.卵1個を半量に分けておきます。

2.無塩バター50gを500wの電子レンジで30秒〜1分加熱します。

3.溶かしたバターにグラニュー糖40gを入れしっかりと混ぜ合わせます。

4.薄力粉50gをふるい入れ混ぜます。

5.半量に分けておいた卵を入れよく混ぜます。

6.バニラエッセンスを3〜4滴入れ混ぜます。

7.絞り袋に生地を入れます。

8.縦3.5横4cmの四角を書いたシートに、生地を絞ります。

9.180℃に予熱したオーブンで10〜12分焼きます。

10.ホワイトチョコレート150gを細かく割り、500wの電子レンジで1〜2分加熱します。

11.加熱したホワイトチョコレートをしっかりと溶かし混ぜ、ラップを敷いた型に流し入れます。

12.冷蔵庫で冷やし固めます。

13.ホワイトチョコレートが固まったら端をカットし、クッキーのサイズにカットします。

14.焼けたクッキーをしっかり冷まし、13.を挟みます。

12. Chill in the refrigerator and harden.
