材料　　15cmスキレット
■パンケーキ生地
卵 2個
砂糖 40g.20g
牛乳 30ml
薄力粉 40g
ベーキングパウダー 3g
■トッピング
粉糖
バター
メイプル、はちみつ

作り方
1.卵2個を卵黄と卵白に分けます。

2.卵黄に砂糖40gを入れ白くもったりとするまでよく混ぜます。

3.牛乳30mlを入れよく混ぜます。

4.薄力粉40g、ベーキングパウダー3gを振るい入れ、よく混ぜ合わせます。

5.卵白に砂糖20gを3回に分け入れメレンゲを作ります。

6.メレンゲを4.に3回に分け入れます。
(1回目メレンゲと生地を馴染ませます。)
(2回目生地を持ちあげるようにして混ぜます)
(3回目残りのメレンゲを入れ、ヘラでさっくりとメレンゲを潰さないように混ぜます)

7.スキレットにバターを塗り、生地を入れます。

8.180℃に予熱したオーブンで10分焼きます。

9.焼けたら十字に切れ目を入れ、180℃のオーブンで10分焼きます。

10粉糖、バター、メイプルシロップ、はちみつをお好みでトッピングします。
