材料　15cm型
■ブリュレチーズケーキ
クッキー 50g
溶かしバター30g
クリームチーズ200g
グラニュー糖60g
ヨーグルト100g
ゼラチン7g
生クリーム200ml

作り方

1.クッキー50gを細かく砕き、溶かしバター30gを入れよく混ぜ合わせます。

2.型に生地を入れ、しっかりと押し固めます。

3.冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。

4.クリームチーズ200gをよく練り、グラニュー糖60gを入れ混ぜます。

5.ヨーグルト100g、ゼラチン7gの順に入れよく混ぜます。

6.生クリームをツノがたつまで泡だて、5.と混ぜ合わせます。

7.冷やしておいた型に生地を流し入れ平にならします。
