［レシピ］

材料　　
■コーヒーゼリー
ゼラチン10g (1パックに10g)
コーヒー牛乳500ml
ミルクティー500ml
■ドリンク
牛乳
コーヒー
生クリーム
ココアパウダー

※コーヒー牛乳は常温に戻しておいてください。

作り方

1.ゼラチン10gにコーヒー牛乳大さじ3入れふやかします。

2.ふやけたら500wの電子レンジで10秒加熱し溶かします。

3.溶かしたゼラチンをパックに入れよく混ぜます。
(ゼラチンが固まった場合は電子レンジで1分加熱し溶かし混ぜてください)

4.パックに輪ゴムなどで蓋をし、冷蔵庫で一晩冷やし固めます。

5.冷えたら端を剥がして、パックから出します。

6.コップにコーヒーゼリーを適量入れます。

7.牛乳・コーヒーの順に注ぎ入れます。

8.お好みで生クリーム、ココアパウダーを振りかけます。

Material
■ Coffee jelly
Gelatin 10g (10g per pack)
Coffee milk 500ml
Milk tea 500ml
■ Drink
milk
coffee
Fresh cream
cocoa powder

* Please return coffee milk to room temperature.

How to make

1. Add 3 tablespoons of coffee milk to 10 g of gelatin and soak.

2. When it gets soaked, heat it in a 500w microwave oven for 10 seconds to melt it.

3. Put the melted gelatin in a pack and mix well.
(If gelatin hardens, heat it in the microwave for 1 minute to dissolve and mix.)

4. Cover the pack with a rubber band and cool it in the refrigerator overnight to harden it.

5. When it cools, peel off the edges and remove from the pack.

6. Put an appropriate amount of coffee jelly in the cup.
