材料　　15×15cm
■オレオアイスボックスケーキ
オレオ2箱　(1袋6枚)
クリームチーズ200g
生クリーム400ml
砂糖50g

作り方

1.オレオ3袋をクッキーとクリームに分けます。

2.クリームチーズ200gをよく練り柔らかくします。

3.分けておいたオレオクリームを入れよく混ぜます。

4.生クリーム400mlに砂糖50gを入れ柔らかめに泡だてます。

5.泡だてた生クリーム100g分けておきます。

6.チーズ生地と残りの生クリームを合わせます。

7.型にオレオを敷き、チーズクリーム生地を入れ平にならします。

8.オレオとチーズクリーム生地を交互に3回重ねます。

9.分けておいた生クリームを乗せて平にならします。

10.冷蔵庫で3時間以上しっかりと冷やします。

11.残りのオレオをトッピングします。

■ Oreo ice box cake
2 boxes of Oreo (6 sheets per bag)
Cream cheese 200g
Fresh cream 400ml
50g sugar

How to make

1. Divide 3 bags of Oreo into cookies and cream.

2. Knead 200g of cream cheese well to soften it.

3. Add the separated Oreo cream and mix well.

4. Add 50g of sugar to 400ml of fresh cream and whisk softly.

5. Separate 100g of whipped cream.

6. Combine the cheese dough with the rest of the cream.

Spread Oreo on a 7.inch mold, add cheese cream dough and flatten it.

8. Layer the oreo and cheese cream dough alternately 3 times.

9. Place the separated cream on top and level.

10. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
