材料　　12cm型
■タルト生地
クッキー150g
生クリーム50ml
■チーズ生地
クリームチーズ180g
砂糖50g
生クリーム100ml

作り方
タルト生地

1.クッキー150gを細かく砕きます。

2.砕いたクッキーに生クリーム50mlを入れよく混ぜ合わせます。

3.型に生地を入れてしっかりと押し固めます。

4.冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。

レアチーズ生地

5.常温に戻したクリームチーズ180gをよく練り柔らかくします。

6.砂糖50gを入れよく混ぜます。

7.生クリーム100mlを少し固めに泡だてます。

8.チーズ生地と泡だてた生クリームを合わせます。

9.冷やしておいた型に生地を流し入れ平にならします。

10.冷蔵庫で3時間以上しっかりと冷やし固めます。
