材料　　18cm型
■タルト生地
クッキー150g
生クリーム50ml
■生チョコ生地
チョコレート200g
生クリーム100ml

作り方
タルト生地

1.クッキー150gを細かく砕きます。

2.生クリーム50mlを入れよく混ぜ合わせます。

3.型に生地を入れてしっかりと押し固め形を整えます。

4.冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。

生チョコ生地

5.チョコレート200gを細かく割ります。

6.生クリーム100mlを注ぎ入れます。

7.500wの電子レンジで1分加熱しよく混ぜます。

8.冷やしておいた型に生チョコ生地を流し入れます。

9.表面を平にならして、3回ほど落とします。

10.冷蔵庫で3時間以上冷やし固めます。

11.冷え固まったら型から外します。
