■チーズケーキ
卵 2個
クリームチーズ100g
練乳200g

作り方

1.卵2個を卵黄と卵白に分けます。

2.卵白をハンドミキサーで泡だててメレンゲを作っておきます。

3.卵黄を白っぽくなるまで混ぜます。

4.クリームチーズ100gを入れしっかりと混ぜ合わせます。

5.練乳を入れよく混ぜます。

6.メレンゲを2回に分け入れ、メレンゲを潰さないようにさっくりと混ぜ合わせます。
(混ざりきらなかったメレンゲは泡立て器で馴染ませてください)

7.型に生地を流し入れます。

8.容器にお湯を型の半分まで注ぎ、180℃に予熱したオーブンで45〜50分湯煎焼きします。

9.焼けたら湯煎から外します。

10.粗熱を取り、冷蔵庫で2時間以上しっかりと冷やします。
