作り方

1.サラダ油30gに薄力粉40gを入れ混ぜます。

4.卵白にグラニュー糖40gを3回に分け入れメレンゲを作ります。

6.残りのメレンゲを入れ、ヘラでさっくりと混ぜます。

8.150℃に予熱したオーブンで30〜35分湯煎焼きします。
(焼き始めてから15分経過したら5分ごとに5秒ほど扉を開け再び焼きます)
