東京・神保町にあるタイ料理店「KHAO」。
こちらはタイ料理の伝統的な調理法と日本の旬の食材を取り入れた独自のコース料理を提供するモダンタイ料理店。

2016年、名古屋にて「ピッサヌローク」を開業。徐々に評判を呼び、ゴエミヨに3年連続で掲載されタイ料理部門「世界最高得点」を獲得。
日本でタイ料理初のミシュランを獲得するために2024年6月、東京へ「KHAO」としてオープン。
さて、一体どんな料理がいただけるのだろう？

KHAO is a Thai restaurant in Jimbocho, Tokyo.
This is a modern Thai restaurant that offers a unique course menu incorporating traditional Thai cooking methods and seasonal Japanese ingredients.

In 2016, he opened Pissanulok in Nagoya. Gradually gaining a good reputation, the restaurant was listed in Goe Miyo for three consecutive years and received the “highest score in the world” in the Thai cuisine category.
In June 2024, KHAO will open in Tokyo as KHAO to become the first Thai cuisine restaurant in Japan to win a Michelin award.
