Szechuan Cuisine Hashoku is a Chinese restaurant located in Asakusa, Tokyo.
What is interesting about this restaurant is that it recreates Szechuan cuisine as it was served from 1980 to 2000.
Tonight's menu includes Bang Bang Chicken, shrimps with chili sauce, Twice Cooked Pork, dongpo pork, Mapo Tofu, Tan Tan Ramen, and other delicacies from different eras and regions.
Let us take you on a journey through time and space.
