こちらは2022年12月に一時休業した「鳥田中」が2023年5月に同地店舗にてリニューアルしたお店。

伝説の日本料理店「京味」で7年間研鑽を積んだ店主の田中惣一郎さんの超ハイレベルな一品料理と焼鳥とのハイブリッドで人気を博したお店です。

さて、店名が変わった「酒亭 田中」の料理とは？

Shutei Tanaka is located in Kanegafuchi, Sumida-ku, Tokyo.🐥
This is the restaurant where “Tori-Tanaka” temporarily closed in December 2022 and was reopened in May 2023 at the same location.

The owner, Soichiro Tanaka, who studied for 7 years at the legendary Japanese restaurant “Kyoami,” gained popularity for his hybrid of ultra high-level a la carte dishes and yakitori.

Now, what is the cuisine at “Sutei Tanaka,” which has changed its name?
