In 2021, the Shinjuku Yakiniku Beef Beef Tongue Lemon main branch opened in Shinjuku, and despite its inconspicuous location on the basement floor, it became so popular through SNS and word of mouth that a long line of 400 visitors formed every day.

The second branch opened in Osaka, and the third branch opened in Asakusa on October 26, 2024.
What exactly is this now hot beef tongue specialty restaurant?
