石川県金沢市野町・蛤坂にある築100年の町家をリノベーションして建てられた金沢屈指の人気を誇る焼き鳥屋「蛤坂 まえかわ」。

ミシュランガイド北陸2021年度版では一つ星を獲得。

前川大将は東京・目黒の名店「鳥しき」出身。
お弟子さんたちの掛け声や動きもピシッとしており、金沢にいながらどこか「鳥しき」の凛とした空気感を感じさせる。

One of Kanazawa's most popular yakitori restaurants, Clam Hill Maekawa, is located in a renovated 100-year-old townhouse on Clam Hill in Nomachi, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.

It was awarded one star in the 2021 edition of the Michelin Guide Hokuriku.

Chef Maekawa hails from the famous “Torishiki” restaurant in Meguro, Tokyo.
His apprentices' calls and movements are crisp and clear, giving the restaurant the dignified atmosphere of Torishiki, even though it is located in Kanazawa.
