84歳の時に金沢市内で17年間続けたお店の暖簾を下ろしたが、その2年後の2017年に新たな場所で再会。
86歳で新たなスタート切り、今年2024年で93才になられました。
今回は「東の次郎、西の弥助」と称されることも多い鮨界のレジェンド・森田一夫さんの鮨を食べに石川県へ。江戸前鮨とは異なる小松弥助の握りとは？

At the age of 84, he closed the restaurant he had run for 17 years in Kanazawa, but two years later, in 2017, he reunited in a new location.
At the age of 86 he made a new start and this year he will turn 93 in 2024.
This time, we went to Ishikawa Prefecture to try the sushi of Kazuo Morita, a legend in the sushi world who is often referred to as “Jiro of the East and Yasuke of the West. What is Komatsu Yasuke's sushi, which is different from Edo-mae sushi?
