Sakurajosui Funakoshi is a ramen restaurant that has particularly struck me among the ramen I have eaten this year.
The owner, Mr. Funakoshi, has worked at Watanabe in Takadanobaba, Tokyo, for a long time.

The restaurant is located along Koshu Kaido Road, right next to Sakurajosui Station, and there is always a line of people waiting to get in.
The restaurant will open on January 15, 2023.
The restaurant was originally scheduled to open last November, but the owner says there was a problem...

This is the story of “Sakurajosui Funakoshi,” which now has a long line of customers.
